Delivery Guidelines

Car body and paint services, maintenance, and repair are all offered by Universal Auto Garage. Mentioned Services are exclusively offered at our workshop sites, where customers’ agreement is obtained before work is started and assessment and estimation are completed beforehand. The work will be completed in our workshop in accordance with the prior agreement with the client. Depending on the estimate and the nature of the task, a delivery date or time can be given. The projected delivery date and time are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as delays in the manufacturer’s delivery of parts, work process complications, etc.

Refund Guidelines

There are several after-delivery policies for each service. During job estimating, it can be verified. Only in our Workshop may you contact the designated Service Advisor or the Manager in charge if you have any questions about returns, refunds, or post-delivery concerns. After our staff has reviewed the case, they will notify the customer of the approval or rejection in accordance with the parameters that were agreed upon during the project estimation process for each individual work.
